Sony's Newest Phone Can Play Remote Play

Remote Play anywhere in your home.
Sony announced yesterday that it's newest Xperia phone will allow gamers to utilize Remote Play with their PS4's.

The newest in the Z3 phone series, the Z3v, will launch exclusively at Verizon on October 23rd. Though the Remote Play features won't be accessible at launch, the Android-based phone will be able to stream PS4 games starting in November. The functionality will only work if the two devices are on the same WiFi network. For ease of use, Sony is releasing a controller mount, allowing players to strap their phone to the Dualshock 4 in order to play games comfortably.

The device will also be able to act as a second screen for games that support the feature and have access to the PlayStation App, which allows gamers to accept friend requests, answer messages on the PSN and purchase games on the go.
