Paperwork Keeps PS4 and Vita From Launching in China

Weeks back, just before the launch date, PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita were postponed until further notice. The reason for this delay has remained a mystery, until today.

According to Kotaku, the reason for the delay is that Sony must resubmit its business plan to the Chinese government after deciding to no longer region lock the consoles. This is not 100% confirmed, but as Kotaku states, there has been a lot of negative backlash when review units released to gaming outlets, which revealed the consoles are region locked. It doesn't look like we will get anymore information soon, but stay tuned to The Jesters Court for more updates on Sony, PS4 and gaming news today.
