After years of waiting, the suit against Electronic Arts filed by ex-NFL players has finally been given the go ahead to continue, despite EA trying to get it thrown out.

According to the Associated Press (via ESPN.com), the lawsuit claims that the likeness of the group of retired NFL players has been used within the Madden franchise without compensation. This is a huge hit to EA, whom already had to pay out last year to the tune of $40 million for compensating college players in the NCAA.
