A U.S. District Court Judge has cleared EA of alleged fraud involving the release of Battlefield 4 and Xbox One's November update has been detailed. SO, without further ado, the news: 

EA Ruled Not Misleading With Battlefield 4 Release

The optimistic talk about this buggy mess was not intentional, just optimism.

Despite what many gamers have said, EA did not release false or misleading statements to the public about Battlefield 4 before it's release last December. A U.S. District Judge has ruled in favor of EA in the lawsuit filed by investors against the company for knowingly releasing a bad product.
